Job description

The RoleAs a Founding Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders to architect, build, and scale the platform from 0 to 1. You’ll take full ownership of core features, shape the product roadmap, and drive technical execution in an environment that values speed, iteration, and excellence.

• Own and ship features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
• Build robust integrations + data ontology mapping tooling to streamline ingest and normalization of 3rd-party data, delivering enterprise-grade durability, scalability, and rapid customer deployments.
• Develop and maintain intuitive, functional UIs — pushing the envelope on AI product patterns and moving beyond simple chatbots to create more immersive, assistive experiences.
• Architect & build agentic solutions that automate complex workflows while advancing applied AI — from long-term agent memory to enhancing LLMs with reinforcement learning.
• Work closely with customers, iterating rapidly to refine and improve the product.
