Job summary

Murphy Talent Group is seeking Full Stack Product Engineers to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for a leading fintech platform in San Francisco, CA. This role spans product, engineering, and customer domains, with ownership of design, deployment, and iteration of AI-enabled workflows.

You will design backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, partnering with customers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable software in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend, APIs, databases and cloud environments.
• Experience shipping production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows, or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong systems design skills focusing on reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience coordinating across product development, customer requirements and technical implementation.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript or equivalent modern technologies.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ownership-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Build AI-Powered Products: Design, implement, and deploy production software that powers intelligent workflows, case management systems, automation platforms, and customer-facing AI experiences.
• Develop Core Systems & Integrations: Build backend services, APIs, workflow orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines that enable scalable AI-driven operations across complex enterprise environments.
• Partner With Customers & Stakeholders: Work closely with users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, support platform deployments, and drive successful adoption.
• Drive Product & Platform Evolution: Own projects from concept through deployment, leveraging customer feedback and real-world usage patterns to improve platform capabilities, scalability, and overall product experience.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals across backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud environments
