Job summary

Parser is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack/Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. You will work on microservices, API development, and database management, ensuring high availability and performance across backend and frontend services.

You will collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build robust backend solutions. Strong emphasis on security, SOC, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing, globally

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with scalable, high-performance systems.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate models into backend systems and create API endpoints for model interaction.
• Develop and maintain scalable services including REST, gRPC, or GraphQL microservices.
• Optimize database queries and schemas for performance and scalability.
• Implement security features (authentication/authorization).
• Develop web interfaces using ReactJS and manage frontend-state with Redux or React Query.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration.
• Write unit and integration tests for reliable releases.
• Monitor backend performance using observability tools (Datadog/CloudWatch).
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
