Job summary

Prosum is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI to join our growing AI-focused engineering team. You will own end-to-end features, contribute to architecture, and drive engineering best practices across the stack, with emphasis on AI-powered applications.

You will integrate large language models, design agentic interfaces, and establish patterns for secure, scalable enterprise software. Hybrid work with onsite requirements in Tempe, AZ or Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and FastAPI production experience.
• Strong React.js and TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud deployment patterns.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications with Python, FastAPI, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Own domain architecture including API design, data modeling, and frontend strategy.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices with reliability and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and establish deployment standards.
• Improve performance across backend, frontend, and databases.
• Integrate LLM services (OpenAI/Anthropic) and AI features in prod apps.
• Lead architectural discussions and code reviews; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, DevOps, QA/QE to deliver production-ready solutions.
