Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Software Developer III to design and build scalable full-stack solutions, APIs, and integrations. You will mentor teammates, review AI-generated code, and collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into robust software.

You will work in a hybrid model, apply cloud deployment practices across Azure/AWS, and champion secure, maintainable code while adopting new AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong back-end development expertise in C# (.NET) and Python, with API design experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reusable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Lead the implementation of complex features and resolve high-impact technical issues.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Optimize system performance and scalability through code and architecture improvements.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical challenges.
