Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners in San Francisco or New York seeks a versatile full-stack engineer to own foundational systems, APIs, and production reliability for healthcare workflows.

You will design and build AI-supported clinical workflows, systems for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and care coordination, and help scale services in a hybrid work model.

Four to ten years of experience and strong Python skills are required, with a background in healthtech or fintech and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of full‑stack engineering experience, including startup experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Product engineering experience that includes system design/architecture decisions, ideally in a Series A or later environment.
• Experience in healthtech, fintech, or another operationally complex field where accuracy and data integrity matter.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong attention to detail.

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building software for healthcare providers, patients, and families. You will own foundational systems and end-to-end product work, helping make complex clinical and operational workflows more reliable and easier to use.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI-supported clinical workflows for documentation, treatment planning, reassessments, and administrative tasks.

• Develop systems for service authorization, billing, payment, and related healthcare financial workflows.

• Build tools for provider operations, including credentialing, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and staffing.

• Create patient and family experiences for onboarding, communication, scheduling, progress tracking, and payments.

• Automate operational workflows across billing, authorizations, credentialing, and care coordination.

• Own platform foundations, including data models, APIs, security, reliability, AI infrastructure, and production systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Four to ten years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience at a startup.

• Strong Python skills and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Firebase.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
