Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality SaaS applications on a modern stack. You will own features end‑to‑end—from front‑end to back‑end to the databases—ensuring secure, scalable code running on AWS.

You will mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the team. You will partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, and you will be involved in design reviews, code reviews,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Ownership of features end-to-end from design through production.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and API design (GraphQL a plus).
• Experience with SQL Server and/or AWS RDS MySQL; data modeling and query optimization.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS; secure coding practices.
• Daily use of AI tooling for AI-native development; continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for SaaS applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code that is scalable.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.
