Qualifications

• 6+ years of full stack development, with a track record of owning a product area end to end, including mentoring other engineers
• Demonstrated mastery of agentic development, delegating meaningful work to coding agents end to end
• Strong backend and frontend fundamentals, with production experience in both a modern JavaScript framework and a server-side web framework
• Relational database experience
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code at volume, with a clear standard for what you ship
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and available for Pacific business-hours collaboration and support escalations

• Lead through ownership: set review and quality standards, mentor across the platform team, and stay hands-on
• Raise the ceiling on what the team delegates to coding agents — the workflows, the standards, the tooling
• Define service levels for the applications you own, build observability to hold them, and lead incident response
• Own the path from field-reported issue to specified, prioritised work
