This remote role with hybrid options places you on a small, fast-moving team building polished interfaces and scalable backend services that enable analysts and decision-makers to act with confidence. As a senior fullstack engineer, you will collaborate with ML, QA, DevOps, Product, and Design to translate complex requirements into production-ready features while advocating

Qualifications

• Own features end-to-end from design handoff through production, collaborating with Product, Design, and customers.
• Build and maintain React frontends that handle complex data visualization and real-time updates.
• Work across the stack with Python backends (Quart/FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, and async task queues.
• Write future-proof, maintainable code with clear structure and intent for others to extend.
• Identify problems early, propose solutions, build prototypes, and push improvements without explicit tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own features from design through deployment and iteration with cross-functional teams.
• Build polished, responsive UI and integrate with backend services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, Design, and AI teams to ensure robust releases and clear tradeoffs.
