Job summary

Winsor Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration with design and product, and strong architectural thinking.

You will work with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js or Remix, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD in cloud environments. A CS or related degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Develop component-driven UIs with React and modern tooling.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead or participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines.
