Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across front-end and back-end, using React.js, Python/Node.js, and cloud platforms.

You will integrate APIs and AI technologies including RAG, implement CI/CD, and work in a regulated environment with Agile ceremonies.

This U.S.-based remote role offers collaboration with enterprise teams and a chance to shape RTX's enterprise technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with React.js, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Front-end development with responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Back-end development, RESTful APIs, and SQL database integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for the front end and Python/Node.js for back-end services.
• Deploy applications on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Write clean, tested, efficient code with comprehensive documentation.
• Integrate APIs and microservices to support enterprise-grade applications.
• Design, query, and optimize SQL databases and data storage solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
• Leverage AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
