RTX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure web applications across front-end and back-end layers. You will leverage React.js, Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms to deliver production-ready solutions within a highly regulated environment.

You will integrate APIs, AI technologies including RAG, and implement DevOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience developing applications using React.js, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools, such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Experience with front-end development, including responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development, RESTful APIs, and SQL database integration.

The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable web applications that support RTX’s enterprise technology capabilities. Working across front-end and back-end development, you will leverage React.js, Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms to deliver production-ready solutions. You will also integrate APIs and AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), while applying modern software development, automation, and DevOps practices in a highly regulated environment.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
