Pearson is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our K-12 assessment technology group. You will analyze, design, implement, and unit test high-quality code for platforms supporting exams, scoring and reporting results.

The role requires experience with AWS-hosted applications, agile teams, and AI tools, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a technology discipline.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Experience with industry best practices and agile development.
• Experience with highly available, highly concurrent web applications.
• Experience with AWS cloud hosted applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & design design artifacts to model customer requirements.
• Implement designs following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in requirements, design and code reviews.
• Test and deploy software with QA and operations teams.
• Engage in quality and process improvement initiatives.
