Job summary

G2 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack, to build end-to-end products and features that leverage frontier AI models and agent technology. You will shape product concepts with a focus on AI capabilities and scalable architectures, delivering production-ready software and delightful user journeys.

You will collaborate with design and product teams, apply robust engineering practices, and contribute to a fast-growing, value-driven global community.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional programming experience in web application and backend environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Typescript/Javascript or Python; strong working knowledge of modern web application frameworks like React, Next.js, or Rails.
• Direct experience refining product requirements in collaboration with a product owner.
• Hands-on experience building AI and agent-powered features using frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, understanding of the strengths and limitations of frontier models.
• Regular use of coding agent harnesses like Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, or Pi as part of the daily software development workflow.
• BS/BA degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and features across the full software stack from architecture to release.
• Design and deliver products and agents that utilize frontier models and AI capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are observable, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready.
• Evolve features with agent-first approaches and SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to define scope and deliver MVPs early.
• Mentor peers and promote AI-driven engineering practices.
