Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a senior full-stack engineer in Hoover, AL to take ideas from concept through architecture, database design, and production implementation with autonomy and impact.

You will build frontend with React, TypeScript, and Vite; develop backend services with Go and Python; and design APIs, data models, and migrations for production-ready software.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in full-stack software development.
• Strong Go and Python backend development experience.
• Advanced React and TypeScript expertise.
• PostgreSQL and AWS experience.
• Hands-on experience taking software from concept to production.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Demonstrated career stability and progressive engineering responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Develop backend services with Go and Python.
• Design APIs, database schemas, migrations, and data models.
• Take projects from prototypes through production implementation.
• Contribute to architecture, testing, security, and performance decisions.
• Troubleshoot across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
