Job summary

Winsor Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with design and product, and apply strong architectural thinking to each project.

You will write clean, well-tested TypeScript/JavaScript, build UIs with React, and connect front-ends to back-end services via REST/GraphQL APIs, while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with React, including hooks and state management.
• Experience with Next.js or Remix for SSR and full stack React.
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, SSO).
• Automated testing and CI/CD familiarity.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire stack. This role is primarily about writing great software: clean, well-tested, and built to last. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer who takes ownership of features end-to-end, collaborates closely with design and product, and brings sound architectural thinking to every project.

Job Duties:

• Full Stack Development
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript and JavaScript across the full stack.
• Develop component-driven UIs with React, using hooks, React Query, React Router, and state management libraries.
• Write type-safe, well-documented code using TypeScript on both the client and server side.
• Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, connecting front-ends to backend services and third-party integrations.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.

Solution Architecture and Design

• Architect end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into clean technical designs and system architectures.
• Define data flows, integration patterns, and service boundaries for maintainable applications.
• Evaluate and recommend frameworks, libraries, and tools appropriate for each use case.

Collaboration and Consulting

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
• Lead or contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.

DevOps and Deployment

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ensure observability, reliability, and scalability of production systems.

AI Tool Usage

• Use AI tools and APIs (Claude Code, OpenAI or Azure AI) pragmatically to enhance features or accelerate development where appropriate.
• Review and validate AI-assisted code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities — such as intelligent search, content generation, or workflow automation — into full stack applications when they serve a clear product need.
• Stay current with the AI tooling landscape and apply good judgment about when AI adds genuine value.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Advanced experience with React, including hooks, context, performance optimization, and ecosystem tooling.
• Experience with Next.js or Remix for server-side rendering and full stack React architectures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Authentication and authorization – Oauth2/OIDC, SSO, session management, role-based access design
• Automated testing including integration tests against a real database
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience working with CI/CD environments and with containerization basics (Docker).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced TypeScript knowledge: generics, utility types, and type-safe shared libraries.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and module federation.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or LLM-based services into production applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases or semantic search (a plus, not a requirement).
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Pragmatic AI tool integration

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role.
• Technical collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Compensation And Benefits

• Range, $80,000 - $110,000 per year
