Senior Full Stack Engineer – NYC (Hybrid)

$180k-200k Base

Hybrid: 4 Days/Week in NYC

The Role

We’re working with a high-growth performance marketing organization and their offshoot venture in the user-generated content (UGC) space, both operating like fast-moving startups but with the resources of an established business. They’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and deliver impactful web app and dashboard features that serve creators, brands, and internal teams alike. This is a true end-to-end product role: from data modeling and backend services to polished UI experiences.

You’ll be part of a nimble 15-person engineering team working on two key product areas:

Analytics Dashboarding & Campaign Optimization: Deliver reporting tools, campaign performance insights, and AI-driven features powered by LLMs on top of large data sets.
UGC Platform: Expand capabilities for content creators and brand partners, manage everything from creator onboarding to payments and product expansion.

Requirements

5–6 years of hands-on, commercial full-stack experience
Strength on the backend (Python or TypeScript preferred)
Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
Cloud experience (flexible on provider)
Built or contributed to web apps or internal tools/dashboards
Solid understanding of performance, scalability, and clean architecture
Comfortable operating independently without handholding
Bonus: Marketing API exposure (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
