Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-stack development of front-end applications, back-end services, APIs, microservices, automation tools, and enterprise-grade manufacturing systems.
• Develop AI-powered solutions including Generative AI applications, intelligent agents, RAG apps, predictive analytics, semantic search, workflows, and other tools for manufacturing operations.
• Drive DevOps and software delivery practices with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, deployment automation, release management, observability, monitoring, and production readiness standards.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering through deployment, production support, and remediation.
• Lead cross-functional project execution by coordinating scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder communication across plant, corporate IT, cybersecurity, analytics, and operations teams.
• Provide technical leadership and continuous improvement by mentoring team members, establishing reusable patterns, promoting secure development, and presenting updates to leadership.
