Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of group leader or mentoring experience.
• 2+ years in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Development, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agents, ML fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI application delivery and adoption.
• Direct cross-functional team of AI engineers and business stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, deploy AI-enabled apps in Palantir Foundry.
• Define ontology, data pipelines, and integration architecture.
• Develop platform engineering and API connectivity.
• Own operations, monitoring, and incident response for AI apps.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement and innovation.
• Promote AI literacy and adoption across teams.
• Ensure governance and security alignment.
