Job summary

Workiy Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support digital transformation and service modernization.

The successful candidate will work as part of cross-functional teams responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting modern digital services. The role involves working across multiple projects and collaborating closely with Product Owners, designers, developers, and other technical team members to deliver user-focused and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience using Git in collaborative software development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• 3+ years of experience with relational and alternative databases and modern application frameworks.

Responsibilities

• participate in technical discovery, research and planning.
• contribute to field research and user interviews when required.
• lead technical discovery and create diagrams and documentation.
• design and develop scalable software based on business and user requirements.
• develop and enhance features for production applications.
• identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across the stack.
• improve code quality and development tooling and documentation.
• collaborate with frontend designers to ensure consistent UX.
• work with Product Owners to evaluate implementation options.
• support deployment, launch and ongoing production development.
• develop reusable components and common technical capabilities.
• participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• maintain development standards and onboarding of new team members.
• contribute to improving development, testing, quality and delivery practices.
