Workiy Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support digital transformation and service modernization.

The successful candidate will work as part of cross-functional teams responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting modern digital services. The role involves working across multiple projects and collaborating closely with Product Owners, designers, developers, and other technical team members to deliver user-focused and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience using Git in collaborative software development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• 3+ years of experience with relational and alternative databases and modern application frameworks.

Responsibilities

• participate in technical discovery, research and planning.
• contribute to field research and user interviews when required.
• lead technical discovery and create diagrams and documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• 3+ years of experience working with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives.
• 3+ years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and technologies.
