Gofractional is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build intuitive, high‑performing UIs and own backend logic on our Ruby on Rails stack. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to convert ideas into polished experiences while contributing across the stack when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend or full‑stack experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building SPAs with modern frameworks (Svelte preferred).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and some backend work.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve user‑facing features in a Svelte SPA.
• Translate requirements and designs into scalable frontend code.
• Collaborate with product/design/backend to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
