Job summary

PeopleEQ is seeking a pragmatic Full-Stack Web Engineer to help build new platform capabilities for a construction finance platform. You will be a hands-on contributor focused on writing application code, shipping features, and improving velocity.

Our small, fully-remote team is distributed across the US, with a customer-first mindset and a belief that technology can make construction finance more productive and fair.

Qualifications

• Strong React experience and a solid backend background in typed/modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python).
• Track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.
• Willingness to work in a fully remote distributed US team.

Responsibilities

• Scope and build features alongside the team.
• Develop new functionality and maintain alignment with the mobile app.
• Manage the end-to-end app lifecycle, including testing, release management, and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable code and help keep our codebase healthy as we grow.
