Job summary

CACI is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security's Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in Fairfax, VA. The role involves designing scalable, secure web applications for national security investigations and contributing to anonymized environments.

You will collaborate with data scientists, infra engineers, and cybersecurity specialists, delivering mission-critical software using modern practices and CI/CD in a federally compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience with production applications.
• 4+ years of frontend framework experience (React, Angular, Vue.js) with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 4+ years of backend development with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex web applications with frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, tools, and sites for DHS C3 investigations.
• Build applications using dark web technologies such as Tor for secure, anonymous communication.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for system integration and data exchange.
• Maintain and deploy code using Docker, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
• Integrate applications with existing investigative systems via APIs.
