Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated full stack development experience delivering production applications.
• 2+ years developing dark web applications using Tor for secure, anonymous communication.
• 4+ years frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• 4+ years backend development with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex web applications with frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, tools, and sites for DHS C3 investigations.
• Build applications using dark web technologies such as Tor for secure, anonymous communication.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for system integration and data exchange.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python and JavaScript; implement responsive UIs with React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Maintain and deploy code using Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, infra engineers, and cybersecurity specialists.
