Job summary

CACI is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with a React frontend and Flask/Express.js backend, delivering scalable and secure software for national security challenges.

You will handle full development lifecycle from concept to deployment, design system architecture, implement components, integrate databases, and ensure performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Proficient in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building backend APIs with Flask (Python) and Express.js (Node.js).
• Proficient in Python, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
• Strong RESTful API design understanding.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to code quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications using React.js frontend and Flask/Express.js backend.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs powering applications and data sources.
• Implement responsive UI with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into code.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt Git workflows.
• Debug stack-wide issues and optimize performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
