The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security's Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in designing and implementing sophisticated web applications and investigative tools. As the Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop scalable, secure applications that support critical law enforcement investigations targeting criminal networks and dark web operations, You will work within a collaborative technical team delivering mission-critical software for national security operations applying modern full stack development practices to solve complex investigative challenges in anonymized environments.

Responsibilities

• 4 or more years of experience in backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Java
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL query optimization
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Experience maintaining and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes containerization
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of web security best practices, secure coding principles, and anonymization technologies
• Willing and able to work onsite in Fairfax, Va
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass DHS background investigation, criteria include but are not limited to:
