Job summary

Bigbear.ai is seeking a Full Stack JAVA/JEE Developer for a multi-year contract supporting the modernization and maintenance of CBP information systems. You will join an agile development team, design and develop applications, and provide engineering support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, over 9 years of software development experience, and must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a public trust security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and nine years or more experience; Master’s degree and seven years or more experience; PhD and four years related experience.
• 9+ years of experience in software development/engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of the agile software development team.
• Design and develop .Net applications including middleware and user interface applications.
• Develop and integrate with PostgreSQL server databases.
• Provide Tier 3 / 4 engineering support for solutions deployed to production.
