Job summary

CACI is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the BEAGLE ASF Team supporting CBP in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on agile software development, building SPA using Angular with a Spring Boot backend and AWS microservices.

The candidate will work in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to design, implementation, testing, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires a strong technical foundation across PostgreSQL, Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful services, along with

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen; able to pass CBP background check.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience in a Windows environment.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL, Java Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, and AWS.
• Strong Angular (TypeScript, Angular Material, state management) and RESTful services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
• Git-based source control experience; collaboration in a team using version control.
• Onsite in Ashburn, VA 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software for legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight.
• Be a member of a product team and collaborate with teammates to ensure product and team success.
• Provide improvements to the product being supported and codebase.
• Participate in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, testing, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support release planning with design and development of engineering guidelines.
• Analyze complex problems and craft innovative solutions across scheduling and tooling.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and timely reporting of progress to stakeholders.
