Job summary

Leidos in Ashburn, VA seeks a Full Stack Software Developer Team Lead for the Homeland Sector CBP program. You will architect, build, and deliver scalable real-time Java applications while guiding a three‑person senior team and aligning with program objectives.

You will drive PI planning, collaborate with government customers, and contribute hands-on as a senior developer. Strong Java/Angular, cloud, and DevOps experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with extensive software development experience.
• Experience leading an agile software development team delivering full-stack Java applications.
• Strong cloud and DevOps familiarity (AWS, CI/CD, automation).
• Ability to mentor and coach senior developers and collaborate with government customers.

Responsibilities
