Job summary

RTO National is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and improve our custom software systems that power core business operations. This hands‑on role spans the full software lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, deployment, and maintenance.

You will own complex feature development, review code for quality and security, mentor teammates, and leverage AI‑enabled tools while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience required; 8+ strongly preferred.
• Full‑stack development across multiple layers and technologies.
• Experience with system architecture, performance, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain custom software applications and features supporting internal business operations.
• Plan and design solutions for complex technical challenges, identify risks, compare alternatives, and recommend the best path forward.
• Lead complex feature development while coordinating with other developers for broader team input.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews focusing on quality, architecture, performance, and security.
