Job summary

InRhythm seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineering Lead Consultant to direct delivery of enterprise platforms, shaping frontend Angular 16+ and backend Java microservices. You will drive architecture, guide AI-assisted workflows, and work closely with client stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

You will mentor teams, establish guardrails, and ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and scalable CI/CD pipelines across complex projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 8+ years in enterprise Angular app development.
• 5+ years backend engineering with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices.
• 3+ years in formal technical leadership roles guiding teams and architecture.
• Experience with AI integrations and agentic architectures including RAG and MCP.
• Strong frontend performance optimization, WCAG 2.1 AA, and enterprise design systems.
• Hands-on with automated testing (Cypress/Jest/JUnit) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise client stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across SDLC, defining frontend/backend architecture and strategy.
• Lead architecture and development of Angular 16+ and Java microservices with secure APIs.
• Design and implement AI integrations, Agentic RAG patterns, MCP server connections, and vector pipelines.
• Mentor and elevate an engineering team, enforce delivery practices, testing standards, and CI/CD.
• Translate business needs into ADRs, roadmaps, and actionable plans with product and UX teams.
