Job summary

Catalyst Operations & Analytics is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full‑stack applications. You will translate customer and system requirements into technical designs, build scalable back-end services and front-end interfaces, and operate within Agile teams.

You will mentor junior and mid-level developers while ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7–11 years of software development experience; Master's plus 5–9 years acceptable.
• Citizenship TS/SCI with Polygraph required; US persons only.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of full-stack applications.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, implement scalable back-end services and front-end interfaces.
