Job summary

Inovalon in Bowie, MD is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer L4 to own complex tasks across the full stack, from Angular front-end to C# back-end, and REST APIs for the RCMi analytics platform. Requirements include 3+ years in data analytics or full-stack development, advanced MSSQL/Snowflake SQL, and AWS experience, plus Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or full-stack web development.
• Advanced SQL skills with MSSQL and Snowflake; experience with performance tuning.
• Full-stack proficiency: Angular front-end, C# back-end, REST API development.
• Strong Power BI skills including DAX data modeling and report maintenance.
• Solid AWS experience and familiarity with cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and API layers.
• Build and optimize data-driven reports and dashboards for client-facing visualization.
• Support data ingestion and transformation pipelines into the RCMi database.
• Participate in design reviews, demos, and retrospectives; adhere to security and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with product management to scope, estimate, and deliver enhancements.
