Job summary

Inovalon seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer L4 to drive full-stack development across Angular, C#, REST APIs, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and Power BI on a collaborative team building a web application from the ground up. You will own complex tasks, enforce software engineering principles, handle PHI/PII securely, participate in design reviews, and support on-call rotations to meet SLAs.

The role also involves optimizing data pipelines and delivering client-facing healthcare analytics

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or full-stack web development.
• Advanced SQL on MSSQL and Snowflake with performance tuning.
• Full-stack proficiency: Angular front-end, C# back-end, and REST API development.
• Strong Power BI skills with data modeling and report maintenance.
• AWS experience and familiarity with cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, testable code meeting the team’s Definition of Done; use test-first where possible.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and API layers for the RCMi analytics platform.
• Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven reports and dashboards for client-facing visualization of healthcare data.
• Support data ingestion and transformation pipelines moving source data into RCMi’s database for reporting and analytics.
• Handle PHI and PII data with security and privacy best practices.
• Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to demos and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product management to scope, estimate, and deliver enhancements; support change management.
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and regulatory policies; on-call rotations to meet SLAs.
