Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior full stack Software Engineer to help build and improve a data modeling platform powering analytics for business and government clients. You will work on scalable systems using C#/.NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS to deliver high-performance solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, REST services, cloud-based analytics, and modern DevOps practices, with opportunities to explore AI-assisted workflows and advanced testing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C#, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python (or strongly translatable enterprise languages)
• Strong experience of frontend UI, backend business logic, scalability, frameworks, and performance optimization
• Strong debugging and code review skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and make practical tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend REST services and Angular frontends
• Translate complex requirements and system architecture into working software
• Develop cloud-based analytical frameworks
• Contribute to automated testing, CI, and modern DevOps infrastructure
