Job summary

Citi is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Engineer to join the Enterprise Operations & Technology team in Irving, TX. You will design and build cloud-native, microservices-based financial applications, focusing on scalability, security, and performance across the SDLC.

The role requires hands-on cloud computing, Java, SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD experience. You’ll collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and participate in agile development and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Cloud, microservices/API design and Java development experience.
• SpringBoot, REST/JSON experience required.
• 3+ years with Kubernetes and Docker in cloud environments.
• CI/CD pipelines and configuration as code experience.
• Experience with NoSQL or Oracle DB and web front-end tech.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket/GIT, Jenkins and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to translate user stories into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement secure, resilient financial applications.
• Develop automated and manual test scripts for validation.
• Contribute to SDLC artifacts and code reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an agile/hybrid setting.
• Maintain alignment with architectural roadmap and performance goals.
