Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Associate Staff Software Engineer to design and evolve Full Stack cloud-native applications on Azure. You will build microservices, secure software, and ensure regulatory compliance for a mission-critical healthcare SaaS platform.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, delivering scalable and secure cloud solutions with modern front-end interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, and implement microservices using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Build cloud-native SaaS applications on Azure.
• Develop front-end with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Write unit tests and perform load testing; ensure security and performance.
