Draper’s Full‑Stack Group seeks a senior software engineer to translate strategy into reliable, maintainable code for mission‑critical web apps. You will design features, participate in architecture, mentor teammates, and deliver regular releases in a hybrid South Tampa, FL environment.

Requires 5–7 years of full‑stack experience, React+TypeScript, Node.js/Python/Java, and OAuth/OIDC. Active Secret clearance preferred; sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years full‑stack development experience (front‑end & back‑end).
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred; sponsorship possible).
• Proficiency in React+TypeScript, back‑end languages, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with authentication standards (OAuth/OIDC).
• Hands‑on use of Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features for mission‑critical web apps.
• Participate in architectural discussions and mentor junior teammates.
• Write high‑quality, test‑driven code and conduct code reviews.
• Partner with product managers and architects to deliver regular releases.
• Lead client demos and program reviews as a technical SME.
