Job summary

Metabolon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to lead end-to-end development across back-end and front-end technologies for enterprise-scale systems. You will guide multiple teams, shape architecture, and drive performance and scalability with a focus on strategic business objectives.

The role is hybrid and based at our Morrisville, NC headquarters, offering opportunities to influence technical roadmaps and mentor engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of software engineering with large-scale system delivery.
• Strong foundation in .NET, Python, AWS, Django, and React/Angular.
• Hands-on experience with C# is preferred.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve products and automate workflows.
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teams.
