Job summary

Redbud Partners LLC seeks an experienced Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead to spearhead analysis, requirements extraction, and a clean-room rebuild of a complex authenticated web application.

The role blends hands-on engineering with architecture leadership, mentoring, security/compliance, and end-to-end delivery across the software lifecycle.

You will define system architecture, drive best practices, and ensure operational excellence while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership, lead engineer, staff engineer, principal engineer, or solutions architect role.
• Extensive experience building and deploying modern full-stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into production systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of software security principles and secure development practices.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical strategy for rebuilding a complex authenticated web application.
• Define architecture, system boundaries, integration patterns, and tech standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices and governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business workflows into requirements.
• Ensure SSDLC, security, compliance, and operational excellence across lifecycle.
• Design scalable back-end services and secure front-end applications.
• Oversee AI agent integration, governance, and auditing.
