Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support secure web applications for clients and employees. You will lead development efforts, mentor peers, and explore emerging technologies while delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and building component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Advanced experience with JavaScript including Node.js, React, Angular, and modern build tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable web applications and services.
• Build reliable, accessible, and responsive applications supporting digital and API strategies.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective app solutions.
• Code, test, debug, and deploy components and scripts with high quality.
• Lead development projects and mentor junior developers to share best practices.
• Evaluate new tech stacks, libraries, and patterns for innovation.
• Ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote user-centered design principles.
