Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to shape a collaboration platform based on Drupal and open-source software. You will support multiple deployments, engage with users, and influence architecture while mentoring peers.

Hybrid work is available; roles located in the DC/MD/VA corridor with TS/SCI clearance required. You will join a team delivering secure, scalable web apps on Linux with PostgreSQL, Git workflows, and DevOps practices, while exploring

Qualifications

• 18 years of experience in software or systems engineering or related field.
• TS/SCI with an active polygraph.
• Experience leading a software development team.
• Proficiency in building secure, reliable web applications on Linux servers.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Git workflows; CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team and shape a collaboration platform built on Drupal and open-source components.
• Support multiple deployments delivering key capabilities for various missions.
• Engage with user community and leadership to capture requirements and validate solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and drive improvements to development environment, pipelines, and testing.
