Job summary

Grimco is seeking a senior full-stack developer to own the end-to-end development of the CRM and Grimco.com platform. You will work across frontend, backend, and data layers, shaping architecture and guiding integrations with ERP and partners.

You will apply clean-code practices, modern testing, and explore AI-enabled features while collaborating with IT leadership, product teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-documented solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience in B2B or CRM/e-commerce contexts.
• Front-to-back skills: React on the frontend, C#/.NET on the API side, with RESTful API design experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with data modeling and performance considerations.
• Experience building integrations between systems (APIs, file-based exchanges, ERP).
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development or AI features in production apps.
• Comfort with legacy code and improving it confidently.
• Clear communication for stakeholders; security awareness integrated into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across CRM and Grimco.com (B2B webstore) across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM, webstore, ERP, and external partners via APIs and data pipelines.
• Apply modern development practices: clean code, modular design, SQL-first data access, automated tests.
• Explore opportunities to embed AI/agentic workflows in CRM and webstore features.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions and drive work to production.
• Modernize legacy CRM and webstore functionality and improve code quality.
