Job summary

Grimco Inc. is seeking a senior developer to join the team that builds and maintains our CRM and Grimco.com webstore, spanning front end, back end, and database layers.

You will design integrations with ERP and external partners, apply modern development practices, mentor engineers, and help set technical direction as we scale, including exploring AI-enabled features for agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience; senior-level tenure.
• Strong front-to-back skills: React on the front end, C#/.NET on the API side, with RESTful design.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with data modeling and performance awareness.
• Experience building integrations between systems: APIs, ERP, file-based exchanges.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development in production apps.
• Comfort with legacy code and improving it confidently.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders; security-minded approach.
• Experience with B2B or ERP-integrated, CRM/webstore contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the CRM and Grimco.com (B2B webstore).
• Design and implement integrations between CRM, webstore, ERP, and external partners via APIs and data pipelines.
• Apply modern development practices: clean code, modular design, SQL-first data access, automated testing.
• Explore opportunities to embed AI and agentic workflows into CRM and webstore features.
• Serve as a technical resource on cross-team projects, contributing to architecture and production delivery.
• Modernize legacy CRM and webstore functionality where appropriate.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, product management, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver well-scoped solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards.
