Job summary

RTX’s AI Accelerator group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to mature early-stage prototypes into secure, scalable production-grade solutions. You will build enterprise-ready AI services and deploy them on RTX’s AI Factory, collaborating with R&D teams across RTX.

The role requires deep expertise in Python and C++, experience with CI/CD, and familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks. Hybrid work arrangement and security compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C++ and modern back-end frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG workflows, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into software applications.

Responsibilities

• Convert AI prototypes into production-grade applications, microservices, and pipelines deployable on the RTX AI Factory.
• Build and deploy cloud-based services on AWS and Azure following RTX best practices.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to refine prototype functionality for enterprise use.
• Ensure compliance with RTX cybersecurity, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews in an agile setting.
• Contribute reusable components and patterns to strengthen the AI Factory platform.
