Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to turn ambiguous product problems into high-quality shipped software, partnering with product and design to define and measure success. You’ll work on core workflows from UI to backend data models, and translate AI capabilities into practical experiences.
You’ll ship end-to-end features, build AI-powered experiences, and own delivery from design through launch, with a focus on observability and maintainability at enterprise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development.
- Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in product (LLMs, embeddings, or similar).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving work forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data.
- Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, embeddings, and related techniques.
- Own delivery from scope/design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Solve ambiguous, technically challenging problems with scalable solutions.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to shape requirements and roadmap.
- Improve performance, reliability, and overall product quality at enterprise scale.
- Contribute to engineering culture through code review, tooling, and process improvements
