Job summary

Podium, a leader in AI-enabled local business solutions, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thinks like a product owner. You will own features from design to production, influence architecture, and collaborate closely with product and design to ensure reliability as we grow.

You’ll mentor teammates and push the team’s capabilities higher in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Bring 7+ years of full-stack experience, comfort with Elixir/Phoenix, React, PostgreSQL, and hands-on AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Own problems end-to-end, not just tickets, but defining and delivering.
• Strong backend, database design, and frontend UX in the same sprint.
• Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals.
• Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Willing to work onsite in Lehi, UT.
