Job summary

Podium, based in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer who loves AI and thinks like a product owner. You will own features end-to-end, influence architecture, and collaborate with product, design and business teams to scale our platform and deliver impact.

You will mentor peers, review code, and drive a culture of learning and innovation while staying ahead of AI trends. Must be local and available to work in-office, 5 days per week, at our Lehi HQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Experience with fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Strong problem solving, communication, and curiosity about new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Influence architecture and work with product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain reliability while scaling and mentor teammates.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and AI trend awareness.
