Podium is seeking a Full Stack Engineer who likes building from zero to one and leveraging AI tooling to drive real business outcomes. This role is based in our Lehi, UT HQ and requires in-office presence five days a week.

You'll own features end-to-end, collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders, and help scale our platform while staying ahead of AI trends. If you're hands-on, curious, and excited by rapid growth, this is the place to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Strong user mindset and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bias for action and curiosity about new tech.
• Must be local and able to work in-office in Lehi, UT.
